To discipline a worker appropriately, you must follow a process that gives this individual chances to fix her or his behavior. This job is the way the jobholder supports his family. Once you complete the report, you must give copies to your manager, the firing boss and the firm attorney-at-law, if you have one. Remember to communicate directly in the letter and to give the fired worker a little space. Step 2-Before the termination meeting, you must review the worker's financial information.
